Tuesday Tip

I really enjoy cooking and preparing food, just as well as Mr S seems to enjoy eating my creations. My latest foody tip is to buy baby cabbages to make Khol Slaw. I find that when I'm just making a salad for two of us I don't want big and chunky slices of cabbage and the baby ones (organic if poss) are just so dainty when finely sliced, tossed with some grated carrot, a handful of raisins and finely diced pineapple. A small amount of salad dressing and there you have it.
